It's definitely warm. Although it fits very snug. I usually wear large and ordered that size. It fits over a light tee and in winter I am rarely wearing just a tee. Great coat. Sizes matter so you can move freely. Order up.Bought it for my fiancé. She likes to walk but can't stand the cold. With this jacket she is able to walk on cold days without issue. She actually has to turn it off. She says it's a warm jacket even without the heaters on. Great purchase.I bought this jacket for my girl friend she is 5'2" I purchased a Medium and it all fit great except the arms the sleeve length which was about 5" to long. Aside from that the coat works just as stated, she is always cold and it seems to keep her upper half warm. She wishes the heating elements extended down to the lower back and around the front. But, likes it...It was a good purchase!Great looking jacket. Love that the sleeves are heated too!
