Plenty of power very easy to handleI'm still giving it four stars because the Hedge trimmer worked great. It is lightweight. I trimmed for 30 minutes, battery still strong. Cuts well. There is one problem; they don't stock replacement parts. I accidentally hit a fence wire that was embedded in the bushes I was trimming; this broke the teeth of two gears inside the trimmer. It emailed service but was initially told they don't have replacement parts even though I was willing to pay for the parts. A slip clutch in the trimmer design would have prevented this. After two weeks of thinking I had a useless broken trimmer, I got an email from them; they located replacement parts and we're sending them to me. Though they were a bit slow, customer service did not ignore me and worked to get the parts I needed. The parts were sent FedEx from China. Got them and installed the new gear in 30 min. Now I again have a working trimmer. Customer service came through without me having to hassle and spend hours waiting on the phone.I love things that work like they’re supposed toThis one does!!!!I used it to trim the bushes, very sharp and power . Batteries rechargeable, light weight. I used it three times for the bushes, tree branches . So far so great.works greatThis hedge trimmer is very easy to use. I used it to trim a bunch of hedges in my yard and I could not believe that I have been working for over an hour and the battery was still going. It's very effective and an extremely useful tool for Hedges small branches and other yard work. I highly recommendAt 20V this is not a very powerful hedge-trimmer, BUT it gets the job done for small hedge trimming. Last but not least; the Litheli company customer service is amazing.Love the battery powered trimmer, use it to take care of the neighbor''s hedge. So much better thanusing the cord, don't have to worry about cutting the cord in half. Love the way you can turnthe body of the trimmer sideways Never heard the LiThELi brand before, but after reading thereviews about it. Decided to get it.
